NEWS: January 21, 2026 Amber Macias Named a Woman Who Means Business

Amber Macias has been selected as a Woman Who Means Business, recognizing her leadership and contributions as a business owner and attorney in New Mexico.

The award, presented by Albuquerque Business First, honors women who demonstrate excellence in their professions and a sustained commitment to leadership, growth, and community impact. Amber was recognized for her work building and leading a family law practice focused on exceptional advocacy for her clients, long-term business planning, and professional integrity.

Amber founded the firm with a vision of creating a practice grounded in excellence and collaboration.  Under her leadership, the firm has grown to serve clients throughout New Mexico, and had offices in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque.

Amber will be formally recognized at the Women Who Mean Business awards event on March 27.

Amber has also been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for her work in family law.
